What we collect

If you submit a form or text us, we collect the name and mobile number you give us and whatever you choose to tell us about why you are getting in touch. If you become a patient, we hold clinical records as required by Florida law and HIPAA.

How we use it

To reply to you, to provide care, and to hold the records we are legally required to hold. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The one narrow exception is ad measurement, described below — and it never includes anything about your health.

Text messages

If you text us or give us a mobile number, we reply by text. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you separately opt in. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; message and data rates may apply.

Advertising measurement

When one of our ads brings you to us, we tell the platform that showed the ad that it worked. To do that, we share a scrambled (hashed) version of the contact details you gave us — name, email address, phone number — with that platform (for example Google or Meta/Facebook). The platform matches the hash against its own records to count the conversion, and that is all this is used for: knowing which ads work, so we spend less on the ones that don't.

We never share anything about your health with any advertising platform. Not the treatment you asked about, not the pages you viewed about specific treatments, not your clinical record, not your photographs — not in the data we send, not in its labels, and not in web addresses. Pages on this site about specific treatments carry no advertising trackers at all.

If you'd rather sit out ad measurement entirely, email our privacy contact and we will exclude your details from it.

Photography

Clinical photographs are taken as part of assessment and are held in your record. They are never published, shared or used in marketing without a separate written release that names the specific use. You can withdraw that release at any time and we will remove the images from anything we control.

Discretion

For men's health patients specifically: card statements read "Ageless Health," nothing is mailed to your home address with the clinic name on it, and consultations happen in a closed room rather than at a front desk.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your record, ask us to correct it, or ask what we hold. Email us and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
