Medspa Membership

1.Membership Validity and Non-Transferability: Membership benefits are valid only for the individual named on the membership account and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.

2. Promotion Limitations: Membership benefits cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion, discount, or offer.

3.Rollover Restrictions: Membership benefits cannot be rolled over to subsequent months if not utilized within the current month.

4. Membership Options:

    A. Ageless Aesthetics Silver Membership – $99/Month

• Includes one (1) monthly Signature HydraFacial or Chemical Peel and Dermaplaning – 30-minute treatments.
• $11/unit TOX (Daxxify).
• $50 off each syringe of Dermal filler, Sculptra, and Microneedling services.
• $50 birthday credit to use on retail products during the month of your birthday.
• 10% discount on all retail products.

  B. Ageless Aesthetics Gold Membership – $199/Month

• Includes your choice of Deluxe HydraFacial or Chemical Peel and Dermaplaning Combo (normally $300) – 60-minute treatments.
  Complimentary B12 booster or Skin Booster.
• $10/unit TOX.
• $100 off all Dermal Filler, Sculptra, and Microneedling services.
• $100 birthday credit to use on retail products during the month of your birthday.
• 20% discount on all retail products.

5. Minimum Commitment: Membership requires a minimum commitment of 90 days (3 months) from the date of enrollment.

6. Payment and Billing: Membership fees will be automatically billed to the payment method provided upon enrollment on a monthly basis. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Ageless Aesthetics. Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Modification of Terms: Ageless Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership program, including benefits, terms, and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

By enrolling in the Ageless Aesthetics Membership program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Ageless Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion.
